Features / Scene layout editor

Scene layout editor Available now

Click any storyboard picture to arrange people, props, backdrop and shot for that scene, or build one from scratch. It is free on every plan, runs in your browser with original drawn art, and keeps a private library of your own templates and shapes. Generation receives the saved layout as a written description (layout described in the prompt); it does not send a reference image, so placement is approximate.

How this step fits the workflow

Scene layout editor is one step in the continuous 1v14 loop — find, analyse, decide, create, publish, measure, learn. It shares the same opportunity context as every other step, so a decision made here carries through to the next one.

What works now

  • Free on every plan: arranging, saving, exporting a PNG or SVG and your private library never use credits or call a paid provider.
  • Original drawn people, props, backdrops and starter layouts, with colour-coded and lettered placeholders. Colours mark who is who; they do not set skin or clothing in generated pictures.
  • Autosave with revisions, undo, layers, touch and keyboard controls, and a warning if the same layout was changed in another tab.
  • When you generate, the saved layout is described in the prompt. Pixel-exact reconstruction is not promised, and a layout is never used as finished footage.

Why it is part of one tool

Run as fourteen separate tools, each of these steps loses the context of the last. Inside 1v14 the research that found the opportunity stays attached through the decision, the production work and the measurement that follows.
