Who is responsible for your information
1v14 is a product of Urban Sky Web Ltd. Urban Sky Web Ltd is responsible for deciding how personal information collected through 1v14 is used. Full company contact details and the complete production privacy notice will be published before paid public accounts are launched.
Information 1v14 may process
Depending on which parts of the service you use, this can include:
- account information such as your email address and authentication records;
- security information needed for sessions, two-factor authentication and fraud prevention;
- YouTube channel information you explicitly connect to the service;
- projects, jobs, usage and entitlement records needed to provide the product;
- website analytics data, but only where you have consented to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional. The Analytics tag is not loaded and analytics data is not sent to Google until you actively choose Accept analytics. If you reject analytics, the core 1v14 service continues to work.
Where enabled, analytics is used to understand aggregate website usage and improve 1v14. Advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation consent remain disabled in this implementation. We do not intentionally send account email addresses, project names, Google account identifiers or other direct account identifiers to Google Analytics.
You can withdraw your analytics choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawal stops future Analytics loading on later page views; it does not retroactively erase data that was lawfully processed while consent was active.
Account and product data
Account and product information is processed only for defined service, security, support and legal purposes. 1v14 is being designed around data minimisation: the service should not collect information merely because it might be useful later.
Browser extension and YouTube data
The 1v14 browser extension is designed to send only the identifiers and information required for the requested intelligence feature. Server-side credentials and third-party API keys are not exposed to the extension. Connecting your own YouTube account is a separate action from signing into 1v14 and will request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose to use.
Your rights
UK data-protection law gives individuals rights that can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the circumstances. 1v14 is being built with account export and deletion workflows so these requests can be handled without relying on manual database edits.
Retention and processors
Production retention periods and the complete list of service providers acting as processors will be documented before the service takes paid public accounts. Data will not be kept indefinitely without a defined reason.
